Who this covers
This policy explains what SuperToasty collects when you use supertoasty.com or talk to Luna, our AI assistant, and what we do with it. It also covers information we hold about clients and the people we work with at client businesses.
SuperToasty is based in Singapore and handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you are somewhere else, the rights described below still apply to you.
What we collect
What you give us
When you contact us through the site or Luna we may ask for your name, email address, mobile number and the country you are in, together with what you tell us about your business and what you want to improve. If you email or message us directly, we keep that correspondence.
Your conversation with Luna
Everything you type to Luna is stored, along with Luna's replies, so that a person on our team can pick up where the conversation left off. Luna also records which page you came from.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use those only to keep the site running and secure.
We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers on this site. There is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel or similar on supertoasty.com or in Luna.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to scope, quote and deliver the work you ask about.
- To run Luna: your messages are sent to an AI model so it can generate a reply.
- To keep a record of enquiries and clients in our CRM so we know who we have spoken to and what was agreed.
- To send you information you have asked for. We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every message has a way to stop.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and Luna conversations are kept while we might reasonably follow up, and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long afterwards as accounting and legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider and then discarded.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we have used it;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your data, or stop using it for a particular purpose;
- withdraw consent to marketing, which you can also do from any message we send.
Email hello@supertoasty.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore or to the authority where you live.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
Security
Access to enquiries, conversations and client records is limited to the people who need it. Data moves between your browser, our site and our providers over encrypted connections, and our providers store it encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment details through the site or Luna.
Changes to this policy
If we add a tool that changes what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top before it goes live.
