GoHighLevel pricing: What will you actually pay?

The three plans, a month
+ email, calls, texts and AI, billed as you use them.
The plans
Three plans. The difference is workspaces.
A sub-account is a workspace for one business or location, your own included. Here are HighLevel’s plan cards, as they sell them.
Find your plan
“Unlimited” is about workspaces, not usage.
Email, calls, texts and AI are billed as you use them on every plan. Enterprise needs are quoted separately.
- 1
Do you need more than three workspaces?
- No
Starter $97
- Up to 3 workspaces
- HighLevel’s core features

- 2
Will you resell HighLevel as your own software, or mark up what clients pay for phone and email?
- No
Unlimited $297
- No workspace limit
- Pass phone and email costs on at cost
- Basic API, to connect other software
- Yes
Agency Pro $497

What costs extra
What you pay on top.
The plan pays for the software. Everything below comes out of a wallet balance as you use it.
Texts and calls
$0.00747
per text segment, each way, in the US and Canada. Numbers and call minutes are priced by country.
1 segment = 160 characters, or 70 with emojis or non-Latin letters. Longer texts add carriages.
+ $0.0025 to $0.0100 carrier fee per message
In your bill: $20.00 a month
$0.675
per 1,000 emails. Received, CC, BCC and forwarded emails count too. Checking addresses is $2.50 per 1,000.

In your bill: $6.75 a month
AI Employee
$50 or $97
per location, a month, for Growth or Unlimited. Or pay per use. Unlimited is fair use, and AI calls are still billed as phone charges.
In your bill: $0.00 a month
Add-ons
If switched on
WhatsApp, hosting and other extras charge once you turn them on. An agency’s own markup is separate.
In your bill: $5.00 a month

Count the usage, not the top-up.
A top-up only moves money into your balance. Usage spends it. Check each transaction against its service, unit and country.

Business or agency
Two ways to read the bill.
Your own business
Test one journey first.
Enquiry, follow-up, booking, handover. If HighLevel doesn’t improve enough of it, a smaller fix may do.

Outside the US
Every price here is in US dollars.
- Your bank sets the exchange rate and any fee.
- Tax depends on where you are. It’s left out here.
- Put your local phone and messaging rates into the calls and texts estimate.
- A provider that bundles HighLevel with setup and support isn’t a like-for-like price.
Before you switch
Five checks before you move.
Follow an enquiry from first contact to booking and handover.
Fields, consent records, duplicates and exports, before moving everything.
Only count a saving once you can really cancel the old tool.
The public trial is 14 days. Usage can be charged during it, and billing starts unless you cancel.
What you can export, and what happens to your numbers and domains.
Set a reminder two days before the trial ends, so you decide before the first payment.
Questions
Common questions.

Is the $97 plan enough for a small business?
A sensible start if its core features and three sub-accounts cover you. Add usage and setup. If your simple setup works, you may not need to change.
Does Unlimited include unlimited texts and emails?
No. Unlimited means sub-accounts. Email, phone and messaging have their own billing.
Should I pay yearly straight away?
Only once the workflow fits and your team uses it. Yearly is cheaper per month, but paid upfront.
Will moving everything into HighLevel save money?
Only if you can cancel what it replaces, and setup, usage and support still leave you ahead.
Can I get a 30-day HighLevel trial?
The public trial is 14 days. HighLevel lets some approved affiliates offer 30, so check the length before you enter card details.
