The situation

A kitten is a considered purchase. Families search, compare breeders and want to talk to someone before they visit. Xi Meow was paying for clicks from browsers and needed enquiries from families ready to come in.

What we built

  • Google Ads built around breed searches from families, not generic pet traffic
  • WhatsApp as the enquiry channel, tracked as a conversion so every dollar could be traced to a chat
  • Landing page rebuilt around booking a viewing, with available kittens and health certificates in view
