The situation

BathHauz sells bathroom packages, toilet bowls and basins from a Singapore showroom. The products were good. Few people found the site, and those who did left without asking for a quote, so every lost visitor was a bathroom not sold.

What we built

  • Site and enquiry path reworked around how people choose a bathroom: packages first, then the individual pieces
  • Product and bundle pages rebuilt so a visitor can price a whole bathroom without calling
  • Search and paid channels run together, so the same visitor is found, and brought back if they leave
